Duration: 12 weeks
A journey to mindfulness and compassion for children using art and science. Once a week for 3 months, we coach your child to develop:
- Better focus and concentration
- An increased sense of calm
- Improved impulse control
- Higher self-awareness
- Skillful responses to difficult emotions
- More empathy and understanding of others
- Natural conflict resolution skills
The course brings together mindful practices and age-appropriate activities to create a space in which your child can grow and learn to handle their emotions. This course is available to groups of 5-7 children. It can be adapted to three age-groups 5-8, 9-12, 15-18.
